Shift Up Now Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing opportunities for female athletes in motorsport through financial support, mentorship, and community engagement. By providing grants and resources, the foundation empowers talented women to compete at higher levels, break barriers in a male-dominated industry, and inspire the next generation of racers.

Strategic Priorities

Shift Up Now Foundation set out to make history with its first-ever in-person fundraising event in 2024, one that would not only celebrate its mission but also inspire donors, engage sponsors, and build long-term momentum for women in motorsport. To bring this vision to life, the Foundation needed a partner who could help transform big goals into a seamless, high-impact experience.

Impact & Outcomes

Guided by the Foundation’s vision and strengthened by the collaborative efforts of the Board, Event Committee, RB Consulting, and many valued partners, the inaugural event delivered an amazing experience. Shift Up Now’s first in-person fundraising event surpassed expectations, raising $80,000, which is 160% of its original goal.
Almost 100 guests gathered to celebrate and invest in the mission, creating new energy around advancing equity in motorsport. The event sparked:
  • New corporate sponsor partnerships
  • New individual donor relationships
  • Increased community engagement and momentum for future fundraising

Attendees and partners shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, many expressing gratitude for the experience and interest in deepening their support. The success of this inaugural event established a strong foundation for sustainable fundraising and future growth.
