(Indianapolis, IN) - RB Consulting is proud to present the first-ever sales conference unique to Indianapolis titled "Closing the Gender Gap on Women in Sales & Sales Leadership" -- focused on closing the gender gap between women in sales/sales leadership. The conference will take place on August 9th from 11 am to 2 pm at Launch Fishers.
The purpose of the mini-conference is to bring attention to the gender gap in sales careers and work together to advance equity and belonging for women, from customer service representatives and business development representatives to senior sales leadership positions. The conference will provide a platform for attendees to hear from industry experts, network, and share their experiences and ideas. Virtual attendance options are available.

The event will also feature a discussion with a diverse panel of women sales professionals with backgrounds in technology, life sciences, insurance, higher education, and nonprofit industries.
There will also be ample networking opportunities for attendees to connect with industry professionals. The event will be held in person, with limited seating available, and virtual tickets will also be available for those who cannot attend in person.
